Enterprise CI/CD implementation for a major insurance client
A major insurance organisation needed a shared CI/CD foundation, including Jenkins automation, release workflows and repeatable deployments across multiple products.
Challenge
The client needed a complete DevOps and CI/CD setup, but the environment was effectively starting from zero. That meant creating the delivery foundation and automating the most critical release processes while keeping operational stability in view.

- CodeNarc quality standards and validation workflows
- JFrog Artifactory integration for repository and artifact management
- Shell automation and deployment orchestration for enterprise workloads
- WebLogic automated deployment for Guidewire ContactManager and ClientCenter
Outcome
The delivery established a working Jenkins, quality-control, artefact-management and WebLogic deployment setup for the two Guidewire products.
