The client needed a complete DevOps and CI/CD setup for a large enterprise environment, but the platform was effectively starting from zero. They needed reliable automation, consistent pipeline standards, more secure deployment patterns and better release confidence across multiple products and teams.
What I implemented
I worked on implementing a full DevOps setup from the ground up, including:
- Jenkins DSL and Groovy-based pipeline automation
- CodeNarc quality enforcement and standards
- JFrog Artifactory integration
- Shell-based automation and deployment orchestration
- WebLogic automated deployment for Guidewire ContactManager and ClientCenter
